Hi, Jon here from Mindset Universe and in this post I’m going to tell you how to start an anxiety journal. You can also watch the video if you’d prefer?

And that’s by checking out this link and getting your free anxiety journal download TODAY!

DISCLAIMER!

Ok, I’m offering this freebie in exchange for your email address BUT…just give the email list a few days to see how that can change your life as well!

I’ve got some GREAT stuff (including fantastic freebies) than I can’t wait to share with you. That’s enough of that, back to the journal…

It’s full of blank journal pages for you to fill in and also something a bit special!

Go to the back of the journal and you’ll find some real life examples that will help you understand the best way to use an anxiety journal.

So what are the anxiety journals all about?

Well, they are a great way to understand what is causing you anxiety?

They’re also brilliant in letting you know how to stop anxiety in the future!

So, how to start an anxiety journal?

The anxiety journal that I’m giving you allows you to:

Enter the time, day and date. Record what you felt at the time anxiety happened. Let’s you note why or where it happened. And then document what you did and how you felt afterwards!

How you fill this journal in is completely up to you but just start using it and make an effort to keep it going.

Believe me, it’s worth it.

So why is an anxiety journal so useful?

Well, it has many benefits that might surprise you!

Entering your thoughts in a journal can have a very positive effect on your physical health and mental wellbeing.

Have you tried to use an anxiety journal before but found excuses not to?

Many people, and I’m guilty of this in the past as well, feel that they don’t have the time to note their thoughts in detail.

This is a very common excuse and something which is easily overcome.

How about noting down your basic thoughts?

Don’t go into too much detail but instead keep it simple.

Like “What happened and how you felt?”

How about if you can’t really recall what happened, what triggered the anxiety and why?

In that case, just note down how you felt.

You can always go back through your journal and read these thoughts later.

I’ve found that sometimes the memories come back later so just leave a little bit of space under that feeling, just in case.

So how do you feel?

The benefits of using an anxiety journal are huge and you’ll be surprised at how quickly you get used to using it.

And how it helps you to identify anxiety and reduce the effects of it overtime.

Be sure to let everyone know how you feel in the comments.

Thanks for reading and try not to worry when you don’t have to.
