In this article, I’m going to talk about one really easy way on how to stop having a panic attack and reduce everyday anxiety.

This has really worked for me and if you take action today, it can help you as well.

And just before we continue, if you’re looking for a great way to bring natural order back to all the chaos around us then check out 7 Minute Mindfulness. This gets a huge thumbs up from us and still has pride of place on our mobile phones 🙂

Back to the article… Imagine this scenario for a moment.

Your best friend begs you to get on your very first roller coaster. The idea of a roller coaster makes your palms sweaty with nerves but you’re trying this new thing where you face your fears and step out of your comfort zone.

You chat and laugh with your friend while you stand in line for an hour. You are quite calm when you take your seat.

You have a moment of anxiety when you click the seatbelt strap into place, but it disappears when your friend points out that your favourite song is playing in the background.

Up until this point, distraction has been your greatest asset.

You’ve been focused on things other than your fear.

But what happens when the roller coaster begins to move? As the ride makes it ascension to its highest point you foolishly begin to tell yourself:

Don’t look down. Don’t look down

But what happens next? You got it, you look down!

And then, almost without even realizing it, you find yourself staring at people the size of ants and cars that look like small toys. Instantly, your blood is flooded with a rush of anxiety, and you’re thrown into a full-blown panic attack.

So why did you panic on that roller coaster ride?

You told yourself not to look down, didn’t you? So, why did you do it?

Well the thing is, our mind automatically encourages us towards whatever we focus on.
This is the extreme power of rumination, and it shows up no matter what we’re thinking about.

Sure, it’d be nice if only the wonderful thoughts manifested…

But the reality is, negative thoughts will manifest in our lives if we give them too much attention.

This is how our thoughts sabotage us and it shows how we are responsible for everything that we manifest in our lives. What you see is a direct result of the nature of your thoughts and emotions.

Input equals output and the quality of your internal world will dictate the quality of your external world.

This is why it is so important to harness the power of mindfulness and actively focus on exactly what you’re thinking throughout the day.

How to Stop Having a Panic Attack?

Try this GREAT Anti-Anxiety Exercise….

The next time you feel like your life isn’t going the way you want it to, observe your thoughts throughout the day. Just notice them, without attempting to change them.

Write them down in a notepad if you have the discipline.

By the end of the day, I’m sure you will have found the culprit behind all the negativity you’re seeing in your life.

If you are experiencing dissatisfaction with your life then you’re probably cultivating negative thoughts and beliefs.

And let’s be clear here. Negative thinking isn’t just thinking about “bad things”.

Judging people and circumstances, labelling, and ruminating over the past are all examples of thought processes that will express negative energy.

And we all know that like attracts like. You won’t find much evidence that a mind full of negative energy will attract a life full of positivity.

Thoughts certainly do become reality… And the moment you accept responsibility for all that shows up in your life, you gain access to the greatest power ever…

The power to create THE LIFE YOU WANT.

If you’re ready to start attracting prosperous thoughts and a prosperous life, mindfulness training can get you there.

Take action now and start cultivating a mind… that brings you joy, creativity, and prosperity.
